Panoramic View: Enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Garda from your private garden. Admire the changing colors of the water and the picturesque surrounding landscapes as you relax under the sun. Private Pool: Cool off on hot summer days in our private pool. With crystal clear water and a strategic position overlooking the lake, the swimming pool becomes the ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Living Room and Kitchen: The spacious and bright living room is lovingly furnished and offers a welcoming environment to relax after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with fresh local ingredients.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and boasts stunning views of the lake. Sleep peaceful dreams lulled by the light breeze and the sweet sound of the waves.

Sofa Bed: In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for hosting up to two additional people.

Additional Rooms (optional): Upon request, at your disposal, in the basement, there are three double bedrooms with private bathroom, each furnished with taste and comfort. This option allows you to accommodate up to a total of 10 people, perfect for large groups or extended families.

Location: The house is in a prime location, a short distance from the center of Garda, where you can explore shops, restaurants and local attractions. With a walk, you can reach the shores of the lake and enjoy life on the lakefront. Furthermore, the central location allows you to easily explore other cities and attractions in the area.
